hi, I'm pretty new here but thought I'd ask maybe someone can help me out.
I'm 24 years old and used to play bball back in highschool for hours every day.
the last four or five years though, I've only been playing at most once or twice a week and have gotten very lazy.
I've lost a lot on my jump and would like to work hard at getting it back and dunking in games again.
Does anyone know of a jump program or a product that can add crazy amounts of vertical leap in a short time?

I remember seeing advertisements on the backs of sports magazines before where some dude would gain like 15" to his vertical with these wack lookin shoes that had a big round disc attached to the bottom of them.

If anyone here has tried something like this and it has worked for them can you please point me in the right direction I'd appreciate any helps
thanks! :suomi:

ah.. the strength shoes! hahah I used to have a pair. Those are great because your always on your toes and basically it built your calf muscles. Work on your calf muscles and how you jump is it off one foot or two. I think you should get the "ups" back again. Shit i'm 5'8 asian and I can grab rim :103631605
